For our business unit NEM Middle East in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team as a liaison between the business unit and corporate HR, which is based in The Netherlands. You will collaborate with and support HR on operational issues and you will be the first point of contact for employees for all their queries. You will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assist with recruiting internal and external job postings
• Arrange labour cards and visa for new employees
• Filing and maintaining personnel/employment documents
• (Assist with) issuing official letters and preparing contracts
• Management of health insurance enrollment, termination and escalated employee claims processing
• Record leave and staff change
• Arrange for the leave tickets payment inline with the policy
• Assist with the arrangements for organizational training
• Gather human resources data and keep up with changes in the field related to Human Resources (such as administrative regulations, employment law and legislations) and recommend appropriate course of action
• All necessary administration, management and reporting that occur
• Perform other duties as assigned

• A graduate caliber preferably with a Bachelor’s degree• Work experience of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role in a similar corporation
• Strong communication, and facilitation skills
• A knowledge of employee practices and employment law
